Dawn is constantly updating and maintaining their state of the art facility to stay ahead of the curve. Their workers use fresh-air respirators at the prep and painting booths. Instead of just a standard charcoal filter mask, their respirators pump in clean air from the outside of the building all day long. This results in a quicker turnaround rate and higher-quality product, due to the increased focus and comfort of the workers. Fresh-air respirators are only one of the steps Dawn has taken to re-vamp their production facility. Also for the sanders, Dawn has purchased a brand-new 3M central vacuuming system, used in conjunction with 5-hole sandpaper. The vacuums automatically pick up any airborne dust particles, keeping the workspace clean and free from debris. This system is well-liked by our prep and painting staff, and is just another example of how Dawn prefers to stay ahead of the curve.
