We warranty the exhaust for 90 days against any failures, but do not offer returns or refunds on the unit due to the reduced pricing. Pictures show a new unit. The listing is for a used unit that has been previously installed on a vehicle. While it is in perfect working order it does show evidence of use. If your exhaust failed or if you wish to return your car to original factory condition this is a good option.
