Who would have thought that changing such a minor thing would make such a difference. This took me just under an hour to complete with no technical background and two screwdrivers. What a difference this makes. I absolutely love this modification and highly recommend for anyone who loves a stick shift

I super happy I purchased this combo. Initially, I wanted a stiff and really short shifter. After installing this, I realize I would have not enjoyed it as much as this.

This shifter provides smooth, OEM effort in shifting, but a mature and short engagement.

Coupled with the weighted shift knob, it feels like a real sports car.

Opening the box to the shift knob, i was dissatisfied at FIRST, but after assembly I realize everthing is engineered for a reason. The plastic felt cheap, BUT, with the weighted base and top cap, it all comes together to feel like a high quality unit.

I recommend this to everyone. Easy install (about 30 minutes with basic tools, you will need white lithium grease) and the difference is night and day. The shifting is more accurate and faster and the weight and feel in your hand is perfect! The knob also looks killer!! Thanks Joseph and Madness for hooking me up!

Easy install overall, took about 30 minutes.Hardest part is loosening the white plastic retainers and thats not hard . Loving the gear change now...sooo much better than stock, seems to just "snick" into gear now, no more fishing around. Reccomended.

Installed the craven speed short throw shifter and weighted shift knob over the weekend. So far loving it, Joseph hooked me up from Madness and it works like a charm.

Throws are shorter, precise, and accurate. So far no sticking or any real complaints, the shift knob loose feels ridiculous at almost 3-LBS!!! However, add that to the billet shifter and it feels natural in the hand and in the shifting position, makes a great addition to the driving quality.

Some pictures of it installed, SUPER easy to do, probably took 15 minutes total.
