This fully customizable system is designed specifically for the turbocharged FIAT 500, featuring a complete multi-piece cat-back setup with an equal pipe split for balanced exhaust gas distribution and sound. The 2.5" open flow-through design, coupled with smoother bends compared to the stock setup, ensures superior exhaust flow and improved performance. The Lusso version includes a custom resonator, specially designed to smooth out the exhaust tone for a more polished and refined sound. At checkout, you can select from a variety of custom exhaust tips, allowing you to further personalize your exhaust system. The design also enables you to fully adjust how much or how little you want your exhaust tips to peek out from the rear diffuser, giving your FIAT a unique, tailored look.

This system is a direct replacement for the stock exhaust on all FIAT 500 ABARTH models and non-ABARTH Pop and Lounge models from 2018 onward featuring the 1.4L Turbo Multi Air Engines. Please note that if your FIAT 500 has a single-exit non-ABARTH rear diffuser, you may need to trim the existing diffuser or upgrade to an ABARTH version with dual openings. The system was easy to install and did not require any modifications to get it to fit. The sound is deeper and more refined than the stock exhaust. The turbo sounds great. if you run a catless downpipe, the sound has less rasp and drone compared to the stock system. The kit comes with high-quality clamps and the tips look great.

What type of materials are used in the production of the MADNESS Autoworks Exhaust Systems?

T304 Stainless Steel is used in manufacturing this exhaust system.

T304 stainless steel is the top-shelf exhaust material. It will not oxidize or rust, it will develop a golden color when exposed to high heat over time. T304 stainless steel has the highest nickel and chromium concentration and offers the best resistance to rust and corrosion.

Why we do not use T409 Stainless Steel like some other manufacturers?

T409 Stainless Steel has a fair amount of ferrous material in it and can show surface rust after some time, especially when exposed to road salt. T409 is less expensive than T304 Stainless Steel. We only use T304 Stainless Steel in the production of our MADNESS Exhaust Systems.

Why is TIG Welding better than other welding methods?

TIG welding is known for its precision, making it ideal for intricate exhaust designs where precise, small welds are needed. The TIG process provides high-quality, clean welds that are crucial for applications demanding durability, such as automotive exhaust systems.

What is the warranty on this exhaust system?

MADNESS Autoworks warranties their exhaust systems for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which it was originally installed.

This warranty does not apply to any exhaust system which has been improperly installed, altered, or subjected to misuse or damage from accidents. Any cost of labor and any additional parts required to complete installation of a replacement product are not covered by this warranty.

Custom Exhaust Tips may show discoloration over time due to heat. This is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under warranty.

No other warranty, expressed or implied (including merchantability), applies to the exhaust system, nor is any person or the manufacturer authorized to assume any other warranty. The manufacturer does not assume any responsibility for any consequential damages occurred by the exhaust system, or inconvenience or interruption in any operation.
